The hotel is in a great location - not far from beach and very close to crazy Bangla road! If you are after a quiet place to stay, this might not be for you. I was traveling on my own and enjoyed seeing all the craziness and then only having short walk back to hotel. The pool is great, and the room was lovely and view from rooftop are beautiful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!. Location is excellent, close to beach, shoopping center and night life (Bangla road). The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Modern and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Good room design. Free Wi-Fi in room. Nice pool area and brilliant pool service! It was my second visit to the Kee implying that I really like this hotel. Definitely recommend!!!.
all reviews » The ambience, the location was very near from Bangla road, patong beach, shopping center like jungleon mall, closed to food center, minimarket or street vendor and food stall, for the hotel it self great design, spacious room, wifi in room and TV, the pool was very nice. The staff were very friendly, polite, courteous and always helpful. Facilities were excellent. The pool bar and Jae in particular were brilliant. The restaurant food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The roof top bar with bands was very enjoyable. The staff was amazing, friendly and just plain awesome. I once accidentally paid 1000 baht note for a drink and on my next return informedme of my mistake and returned my change. Rooms are awesome, location is excellent. Perfect for a first timer to phuket. location is perfect,very closed to bangla road and other populer places,staff is perfect,(they gave as a better room becouse it was our honeymoon-special thanx to Bass :) )there is a beatiful bar at the swimmingpool and breakfast is also very good. The Kee hotel is well located. close to many attractions, beach, shopping, shopping mall, night life. family with small childrens need to supervise their childrens at night as the street close to hotel becomes prostitution road . Very good location just 5 min walk from Patong Beach ! And the main party street 2 min walk, but even if you go early to sleep you will not notice the party. This is my second visit to the Kee implying that I like this hotel. However, it may not be the best choice for families with young children, because of the noise from the intense nightlife. Nothing. There wasn't really anything to dislike I would definately recommend this to others. The staff at the reception not friendly at all, they were like robots... Shop around for prices for day trips Try to arrange a cab beforehand to transfer to/from airport. Nothing. In room internet. The reason being you can't access FB and Email. Nothing. TV channels limited and boring. No HBO, etc to occupy your time when it's raining and you're stuck in room. recption staff are very weak to deal with costomers and there language is also very week. service is vary slow. The beds were a little firm. Also didn't like that you had to pay to watch anything decent on tv. It was my first experience with Internet tv, I think I would bring a DVD player next time. Bed was very stiff, Expensive compared to the local area, complicated check out procedure, Airport transfer is expensive. Due to the great location, you can expect a great deal of noise from the main party strip during the night. If you like an early night, then perhaps this isn't the hotel for you. The sunbed area around the pool wasn't the biggest. Had to pay for movies, other hotels has the movie channels free on the tv. nothing. the lack of understanding english on the phones was the only issue. Quee for check in. Could never get the room cold enough for a comfortable sleep. At breakfast nobody was refilling empty cereal or breads. The Tour operator at the hotel is expensive compare it with the other offices . Only 1 elevator available and that elevator was a little slow. Nothing. Nothing that the hotel can help but there were a lot of bee's around the swim up bar. The staff tried their hardest to get rid of them though. the running water was dirty dark color where I couldn't take a shower that morning. cost of food abd drinks at hotel. Could not fault this hotel. I get angry with one of the staff near the left when I ask him why it is not working and he replys unpolitly to use the stairs ,he wants me to 5th floor by stair. Other than that eavrything was ok.
