The staff were superb. From housekeeping to the manager, everyone took the time to greet us with a smile and say hello. The bar staff are also excellent and the cocktails are great value for money (5 for 500 baht). The breakfast buffet is great and there is an omelette and pancake/crepe station, as well as a fresh juice station! We also tried out the spa which was really good and very peaceful. Although it was quite busy when we stayed, it never felt crowded and there was always space by the po.

The Hotel is different to a normal one, with an open reception and seating area. The location was just perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, but yet away far enough from the noise to relax when back in the hotel. Staff were ever willing to help. All tours can be booked directly from the hotel itself, which was providing the best price & advising on the best t. The staff are very friendly. We liked the room on the fifth floor. Very nice room and furniture, drinks are free. Very close to the beach. And on front of the hotel towards the beach there is juice bar. “I recommend it” for coconut and mango juice, the bar is clean and nice and good price. I liked all th. The hotel was really awesome. I liked the idea of having the lobby/check-in counters outdoor. The welcomed us with a great cup of cold Pineapple juice and a cold face towel for a refreshment after the flight. The room was excellent with a very cozy bed. The mini bas was for free, you get a voucher of free fruits plate and special offer for massages. The staff are very very very friendly, helpful and happy all the time. We all enjoyed our stay and I strongly recommend this hotel and will make su. Hotel is situated in a small road which is quite calm during night and still just few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Wifi works perfect, breakfast is really nice and tasty and also you have offer for a good lunch or dinner for a reasonable price. The best thing about the hotel is amazing staff. This hotel has a great position in Patong City, only 5-10 minutes walking to Bangla Road, 50 meters away from the beach. It is clean, well designed, very comfortable bed, balcony, bathroom, and rooms in general. Very good amenities. Stuff is very polite and friendly. Nice pool, good restaurant with reasonable prices. Beside our room “the last room” on the 5th floor is a smoking room. All the Cigarettes smoke and smell were coming to our room from the connection door. I suggest the hotel to cancel all smoking rooms or close the connection door. Beware of the mosquitoes in the restaurant, repellent protection is a must “for those attracts mosquitoes”. You can get it from the pharmacy on front of the hotel. None. Absolutely nothing!. Although there is free wi-fi,it can get slow during the high usage hours (afternoon, evening), with connection breaking every once in a while. Hotel should work on more reliable wi-fi internet connection. We ordered the last room at that day, so we just got two seperate beds, and they are fixed, so that cannot put together. that is a pity. Bad laundry. Lounge pleather seats are uncomfortable, but you can use chairs instead. Absolutely nothing. I can't remember anything i dislike! , even i paid for ruining the bed sheet with ink, still i love the hotel. No thing it's really good. Nothing. - shower had only cold or hot water, very difficult to adjust water temperature (very annoying) - internet only for one device per room (if your boy/girl friend wants to use it too, you can't). Just a bit frustrated with the hotel transfer arrangement which make us waiting for the cab to arrive more than 30mins at the airport (was expecting someone to wait for us with a sign board) - but then the hotel make a quick fix on this after we called them on this. nothing. None. After living in a hotel in different seasons, I can confidently say that food and drink more diverse in High Season... More variety in the food for breakfast . Food. Tried the restaurant twice. Once for the lunch special. Once for the buffet (it had good reviews). Both times very dissatisfied with the food. The restaurant is mostly quiet which should have warned me. The a la carte however looked very nice. Swimming pool was small, but it is good enough. The morning buffet breakfast were limited choice, serve the same food everyday. expensive restaurant; poor internet. Breakfast is ordinary. -. Nothing. Simetimes water was not so hot . Our first night we had to stay in a room with two king single beds as we didnt specify we wanted otherwise (I didn't realize this was necessary, and thought it was standard) but they soon changed us to the correct room for the rest of our stay. The spa was also quite pricey. Breakfast is too cheap; the facilities is quite limited. Nothing. I was sick and they did not have their personal transport to drive to the hospital nor airport. The Live Band/Entertainment every night... They were rank!. The air in the room is not comfortable expecially when the air condition is on. TV reception not to great. Only the shower water is a little bit difficult to adjust. Nothing.
