We stayed here for just a night so we can't really comment much on the facilities - we were enroute to Phi Phi Island, but we absolutely loved the stay. Patong Beach is a 5 min walk. Bangla Street is right outside and the nightlife is almost at your doorstep but don't worry, Novotel is very quiet; you'll sleep like a baby. About the staff: extremely friendly and helpful. If you're heading to Phi Phi and are planning see Patong quickly, we recommend staying here. Even if you are thinking of spen.
all reviews » The hotel was at the perfect location, close to the beach and at the heart of Patong. Loved every moment of our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly and we were very happy with the size of our rooms (both family rooms and larger than superior delux rooms). Last but not the least, the pool was simply amazing. Highly recommended hotel. Will surely visit Novotel Vintage Park in the future. The hotel is great for family with children. Love the big ckean swimming pool, breadfast spread, the big rooms and the cleanliness. Plenty of spas & massage place opposite & next door if you prefer the cheaper ones than what the hotel offers. If you ask me if I would stay again my answer is NO. The price is quite too high for the standard room. The WiFi was terrible and the staff and service was very poor for everything we required we had to call 3-5 times. the breakfast also needs to be improved. There was no concept of cleaniness at the hotel and the staff was not accommodating. The food at the hotel (including breakfast) was not up to mark. noise of vantilation systems lack of soundproof. small rooms payment policy very unfriendly no garden or trees quality of dinner in restaurant is very poor.
