This hotel is very suitable for the people search for for clean nice hotel in good location and the one searching for hotel for relaxation after long day in city tour and outdoor trip also near shopping area so no need to go anywhere tonight as you will find everything near to you if you stayed in this hotel . The hotel located is an excellent location, very close to the beach and shops. The design of the room is very simple but pretty and contains all essentials. I love the comfort bed and the room that we stayed was very clean. Good breakfast and they offer the guest the option to take away if you are in a rush. Will definitely visit this hotel again if I'm in Phuket again. stuff were friendly and never say "no" to anything, always positive. the rooms were wide and well decorated and the king size bed was really comfortable. we spent time in the fitness room it was small but we liked it. it was quite clean. the location of the hotel was also perfect. the swimming pool was not big and deep but we enjoyed it. However, it is fine with me since i can have a better meal nearby the hotel. The bathroom door doesn't have a lock. The design of the door is innovative and space saving, but loses out on practicality. wifi could be a little temperamental at.times one or two consumables werent restocked as routine. but this is knit picking on what was a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a good hotel close enough to enjouy but not on top of the night life. Nothing at all. Limited breakfast variety. Can hear the loud music playing if there is a beach party or event at the beach. The staff did not allow one of my friends who needed a place to stay for the night stay. The breakfast was not good. Quite a long delay to reply my email in regards to airport pickup which resulted in me taking a taxi at the airport. I somehow find the front desk staffs are not very friendly. Maybe it's just my high expectations. The cleanliness was not up to the mark, especially wash-basin and toilet commode remained a bit dirty even after cleaning service. Toiletries were not given properly, there was only liquid soap in the name of toiletries. Not a big breakfast but it's a express hotel. For me it was enough. No beach view rooms. The hallways between the hotel buildings are dark during the evenings, and you get wet going across to the lobby when it rains. Breakfast could do with a salad bar. The sliding door of our room (6311) was not working properly; we had a hard time to open/close the door. Breakfast was limited. Too little indoor activities (eg: pool table/karaoke room/etc). None. Not so exotic breakfast... Everything was perfect. It's a little bit far away from the shopping center. But the environment is much more peaceful and quiet than the hotels in center area. There were minor check I'm glitches but the staff quickly amended them. The Bar lacked atmosphere but that meant it was nice and quiet, so not really a negative. somewhat monotonous breakfast, but not critical. The room I was in the wifi didnt stretch so had to use the lobby to access wifi. Breakfast is ok at best. Internet was pretty slow at times but this also was the case in my second, more expensive, hotel. Room smelt damp and musty. No extractor fan in bathroom. Outside area was very small with only one chair on balcony. Quite noisy at night with music from beach area. Pool could be open a bit longer (officially until 20:00) also a bit better (more) equipment in the gym. It is a busy Hotel on one incident the room was not cleaned till 1730hrs in the evening. But it was check out day maybe use more staff for that days. I talked to the maid and she was working flat out to get it done. Everything is self service. Atleast while check in they should provide the comfort of carrying the luggages to the rooms. Bar is very small. Breakfast is very limited. Can be more economical as with the same price there are other hotels giving more comfort and luxury. Cant say a bad thing. Got the room on the ground floor. The electricity cut off many times, but I think the problem was general on that part of the city. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. There was only gel bottle which was not always refilled. No gowns in the room which is quite normal on beach hotels. Only two water bottles per day complimentary. If you need more you have to pay thb 30/bottle. Apart from brakfast, the Hotel does not have any other restuarant. Due to construction work in the vicinity, the noise was irritating even inside the room. The breakfast is a little bit poor. I suggest that the hotel adds a kind of cheese and some cold cuts ... but it is OK... eggs, hotdogs, bread, Nutella, and some bakery plus fruits were always available ... A 15 minute walk to Bangla and Jungceleon. Nothing, everything was just great.
