It was a great place to stay! The location and setting was lovely. The swimming pools and staf where charming and it was always lovely to come back to the hotel after a day out, in Patong Beach! I would definitely recommend the cocktails at the bar! Yummy!. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were great. We would stay there again, its a nice resort for a couple looking to get away from the overcrowded streets of Phuket.

In some areas including the pool and the bathroom in my room, it seemed like they were behind on maintenance, things looked a bit shabby.that you can see the inside of the poolside rooms from the pool. Check-in took very long.The open lobby is something that I don't like with such a climate. More facilities for young children. A lot of mosquito in the room.There is a lack of child friendly facilities such as a children pool. It seems that this hotel is not targeting at families with children. My children were so disappointed. comunication problems with some desk staff. prices in your keith floyd were overpriced, and the singer who was there during our stay was very boring, and far too old!!!. Improved english language skills of reception staff.The water was not warm enough for shower even sometimes. i found the hotel to be very old and a bit delapidated,fine if it was cheap but in comparison to many much nicer hotels we did not get the hotel we expected according to the web page. The location was very busy, the balcony space was covered with folliage so lots of mosquitos and no view. There was no room service after 10pm, the restaurant closed at 10pm, there was no lift near to our room, the rooms were fairly basic, and bathroom could have done with a refurbishment, the water was hot enough only for a shower and not able to have a bath. The price of the hotel was more expensive than the one we moved to which was new and had a private pool access.No restrooms near reception, elevator near room smelled all of thetime.Room was very basic with view of brick wall and kitchen noise.
