What a beautiful resort! The pool is great, book a pool access room and you will be able to jump in the pool from your room. Gorgeous grounds and lovely pool, the tide was out at the beach so would have been a far walk to get to the water. Room was large with a huge soaker tub and nice fruit plate and flowers in the room upon arrival. all reviews » Everything in this hotel is very pleasant. We lived in the suite which has pool access. We had the best day in the vacation, to take the cooking class in Terrace restaurant. Thai chef Ms. Wenne is very professional at both cooking and teaching, while the main chef is also a nice person. They will be the reason for us to come back again. Friendly helpful staff. Managed to negotiate uprade to beautiful pool villa which was excellent value for money. Beautiful room with outside sunken bath and private pool. Location on beach was great, easy stroll along beach at low tide to nearby village with great seafood restauarants and bars. The resort was clean and comfortable, close to the airport and within a short taxi ride to shopping and restaurants. The in-house tour operator made it easy to pick and choose which tours to do and were reasonably priced. What I really like about this hotel is how far is it from all the Patong beach. It is the place to relax at Phuket, with all the green that surround you, after long Tours at Phuket, you will want to stay in that hotel. Pool access room was very nice, quiet around the swimming pool and not to many kids. Nai Yang beach 10 minute walk away with local restaurants and bars which were great for sunset. one of the really best 5star hotels in Phuket. we stayed 4 times here. you feel you are at home with best services . the quality of food and the presentation is excellent also. Two things: - AC sound it is a bit noisy. - Some small insects (small reptiles) on the balcony. But I should mention that the hotel keep asking how to solve it have staff for that. Restaurants over priced compared to other parts of Phuket. Considering how close the hotel was to the airport surprised to find out there was no free shuttle service. nothing we did not like at this resort. Expensive restaurant prices, especially at the beach front bar, but to be expected at a hotel like this. Low taide. 1. I don't know whether it's the season or the normal situation (I stayed in March), but the sea in front of the hotel is actually quite far, and one has to walk about a kilometer and still the water would be only knee high. In order to actually swim we had to go along the beach about 15 minutes. 2. The sea view rooms do not really provide the sea view - they are in the right direction, but the view is blocked by the trees. fairly isolated resort. Cockroach in bedroom. Bit musty smelling. Very hard bed...gave me a sore back!!. Poor slow service in the pool side bar. A regular shuttle to and from Nai Yang would be useful. Personally, I prefer a location not as far removed from other dining and entertainment options. It's a ways from Nai Yang beach itself. Cockroach in the Bathroom No Tele shower No Toilet spray. Beds were like concrete slabs. Cost more to travel to airport than I expected - 400 baht one way when only 650 baht to patong from airport. Remote location .Expensive restaurant. The beach next to the hotel was not great for swimming. the mattress in our room was not comfortable!. Nothing. We did not get what we requested or paid for in terms of room, we requetsed and thought we booked through Bookings.com 2 rooms with a joining door. We therefore paid for 2 rooms but only used 1. slow wi fi. Constant music around the pool and beach area, all we really wanted was peace and quiet. Cockroach in our food! Also, improper credit card policies. The breakfast was poor. The over all service in the hotel was far from being a 5 star. I would say a lot of work needs to be done with the service staff to meet even 4 star expectations. I ordered food and one of the meals didnt even arrive. There were not enough staff on duty to take care of the guests and they seemed v stressed. I thought the rooms needed a refurb - v dull and old fashioned.
