  This is a review that I would much rather not do and rather keep Nice Sea Resort as much of a secret as possible, but that would not be fair. My wife and I were given a very warm welcome by Mr Nice, who personally showed us to our Bungalow & gave us a general run down of how things at the resort operated.   I stayed for three nights and liked it very much. In combination with the price of 30e/night, I'm even giving it 5 stars (though for that money, naturally you're not getting one of the "private pool" suites but their smallest, still very comfortable double room.) It can happen that you get a room in one of the buildings up the steep mountain slope... what people say » though (I diddn't). The upside is a great view, the downside is: stairs. I think it would be a small, but valuable improvement if the hotel manager s - Staff is really helpful and frienly. Hotel is located on a very beautiful and quiet beach, it´s almost like a paradise! Special thanks of the birthdaycake and sparkling wine at the breakfast on 3.10.2013! =) The villa(number 5) with pool and seawiev is great! We had a great week in this resort and we really recommend this hotel to everybody!

  The staff at the resort are what makes the place .   Beck's Resort is beautifully located at the beach with wonderful views of some little islands. It has a beach bar and a restaurant that serves great food, both Thai and Western style.   Haad Yao beach was by far the best beach I visited on Koh Phangan, and the High Life Bungalows had an amazing view of it perched on top of the rocks at the south of the beach.
