  Beautiful hotel with lots of character! Staff and owner are incredibly friendly. Chiang Mai and our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Thailand.   The hotel is small and boutique but has everything you need. the pool is smaller than other hotels but its fine for cooling off and a quick swim. An example was that one day after a heavy day walking around temples and looking forward to a nice rela - The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.
