The location was good for the Kad San Kaew Mall and had a good sonthaew service to Thapae. Friendly staff Cleanliness Xanadu Restaurant very good. The gym, rooftop pool, spacious suite. Spacious room. Breakfast. I would like to say that my stay with furama was good till we had to deal with the travel desk in furama at first it was good then the lady at the travel desk started getting money hungery my son was in hospital for 4 day in ram hospitail. When he got out we went to chang rai with her husand he took 18,000 thb off my insurance she said 10,500 was for the diver and 5,000 for hotel 500thb for entry to myanmar we found out at the mae sai hotel it was only 1000 tbh to stay one night.she kept on say.

Both pools were dirty and no-one there to provide towels anyway. Located a bit far from city centre House band from restaurant could be heard quite plainly in the rooms on the level below. Rooftop restaurant service. of 3 very small lifts only 2 in working order (sometime spent waiting). Location. we expect more friendly advise how to use local transport facility, either staff could not understand english or found not interested to help suggesting free drop facility to guest. Lower pool area looked dirty. Breakfast prices a bit too expensive. The light in the main bathroom did not work (the shower area). Breakfast time was too busy. Some morning we cannot get a table at all so have to get breakfast elsewhere. Most of the staff did not really seem to be concerned about the guests. We had dinner in the restaurant on the 17th floor. We found the food poor and the staff untentive. housekeeping very restricted on bathroom supplies ( no spare toilet roll even when existing was half used ), only one tea bag per room for two people. Lack of attention to detail when cleaning. Price a little expensive. Staff lack of experience Restaurant was bad. nothing. The swimming pool not functioned properly. The swimming pool area was very dirty (we found dead bird). The shower and bathroom is filthy. The sides of the baths are grown with slimy fungus. I took quick shower each time in the bath. Shower is important to me as I do field work research. Poor decoration, large room with few furniture and dirty windows. everything,it sucks! you should not be false advertizing this hotel, it's a dive!.
