Staffs are great and very accommodating, location is good though quite annoying once you are out in the street as you will find a lot of women around doing their business.
Its located in a very convenience to enjoy food, bar, and using public transport. Staffs are very nice.

Clean room. Great location. Easy to get public transportation to other areas or to the airport. Many western and arabic restaurants nearby.

No lift in the hotel and no telephone as well in the room. Also u can hear everyones voice outside the room esp in the morning when you are in deep sleep.

1.Room size not as been advertised, very small.. Deluxe 14 cm2 or less.

No elevator. Also, when my room was changed, the wash basin and shower taps leaked - informed the ladies about it as water wastage - needs fixing. Also, when booking there should be an option to select the floor you want your room in.
on arrival room was not ready or cleaned i had to wait for nearly 1 hour.
No elevator. The room is too small to do anything except sitting in the bed and watching TV. No window, only a small shared balcony to view outside.
The website pictures were not representative of the hotel. Overall the
room was dated, well worn, and the bath was stained and in need of
serious grout work. A/c worked but at a marginal level. Refrigerator
was on master powers, so when returning to room all contents were not
cold. From looking at the website I determined that 850 baht a night was
acceptable, after staying the night 450 baht a night was it's value.

everything so bad in the hotel, it does not make sense with cost, should be only 200-300 baht/ night. I have really disappoint with this hotel. So different from photo in site.
