It's a very clean hotel, very nice restaurant, all employees were kindly and polite. Some of them were helpful many times and I am very satisfied with our choice. If possible to visit Bangkok again, the hotel would be the same... Great location, easy access to sky trains, quiet street which for us with a small child was perfect. Hotel kept par of our luggage safe while we travelled on for a few days.Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Showering saturated the bathroom floor as the screen wasn't wide enough to stop water spraying everywhere.The bathroom is designed for taking baths, not showers. As a result, the floor gets very wet. Additionally, the temperature of the hot water is not consistent; it runs cold after a while, then turns hot again. Two minor problems that were experienced during an otherwise thoroughly enjoyable stay. buffet breakfast. poor breakfast... The bathroom sink drain was slightly clogged and informing reception did not help. Only when I told the housekeeper was it fixed. Also, although not the hotels fault it is near the end of a small street off the main street and I was accosted while walking to the hotel, I would recommend caution here and throughout Bangkok.pool, gym. There is no Arabic chanel on room TV.
