cleaning room-good location to the shopping area. Location location location. Location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did a great job cleaning the room and I always enjoyed the breakfast and eggs cooked to order. The pool area is freshly painted and clean towels were always on hand. The Staff was extremely good and cooperative . The reception staff was also good . Toyota driver Sun was happy , smiling and helpful . Free Tuk Tuk service was extremely good and need of the hour at times .The breakfast was extremely good . I would definetly reccomend if the odds are attended to ..
all reviews » Good breakfast, well enough though a bit scuffed room. Very good massage from a local girl Yooh - who wants to have fun ask her in the massage room on the first floor. Massage service is provided directly in your room. All the staff were friendly and helpful, relaxed atmosphere in the hotel, I enjoyed my stay there, plus it was only a five minute walk to the nightlife/bars clubs etc. The location is good being in the center of town, large spacious rooms, good breakfast and good facilities, Staff very friendly and helpful. We liked the large room and good bedding. The buffet breakfast was adequate Swimming pool with jacuzzi was a nice extra feature of the hotel. Great cheap and roomy hotel for those looking to stay in nana. The location was fine. Not too far from the Skytrain. For the price you pay, it was ok. location. Nothing at all. nothing. some staff in reception not dealing with customer well-no variety in breakfast-no curtain in room so the sun light always in the room & prevent you from sleeping. You don't feel relay as an wanted guest. Bathroom. Interenet access was terrible unless you were in the dining area where breakfast was served. No hot water was a real drag, even after the nice lady showed me how to operate it it still would not even get warm!. However I writing this from a different hotel in Chiang Mai and . . . no hot water here either. Ac in rooms not functioning properly . One of the rooms ,the flush was non functional . Location. It's not so close to Nana BTS as it seems at first glance, and it was not easy to find the hotel once I arrived. No any indication from Soi 4 side. Not much room to sunbathe. The hotel feels a little tired and in need of a little re-vamp, the swimming pool tiles were dirty although the water was clean,. The breakfast does not suit a European. They cater purely for Asian tastes. cleanliness cleaning staff. We have stayed here about six times but this time we found it not up to scratch it needs a total refurb the rooms are dated and grubby the Internet was hit and miss as it is now would not stay here again. The staff are so annoying that we had 6 rooms and we wanted to change one room because of the poor facility in that room but they refused before fighting with them. Also they were taking extra charges for everything and they wanted to take extra charge for the bus that they didnt send it to us. And I dont advise anyone to stay there. Its a waste of money and time. everything.
