Upon complaining, we were immediately shifted to another bigger and better configured apartment, affording more privacy (which fortunately was available). The apartment building is well located, and the staff we spoke to, were very friendly and accommodating. We shall definitely stay there the next time. However we need to be a bit careful on the selection of the apartment. There is nothing special what i want to pic up. The week in Vision Apartments was really nice at all. Pictures here display the place honestly and i was really stunned by the standard and nice design in the apartment. I can only recommend this apartments !.
all reviews » Apartment is just great. Location is extremely convenient 5 min to The bahnhofstrasse by train. apartment was clean and modern, right next to train station. Location, the train station is in front of the door of the building, therefore, you can be in the city center in 7 minuts. Excellent set up of the room; very convenient location; quite and very modern; convenient size. location was great 5 minutes to the city. Ease of location. Cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Well equipt kitchen. At the beginning was really clean. Close to ttain station. The apartment we got as a result of our booking was rather small. Additionally, both the bathroom and the WC had glass doors with a direct view from the apartment area, thereby affording no privacy. In this apartment we initially occupied, the heating system was not working and in December, it was rather cold. After one week without cleaning service the room is not clean at all and also towels could be nice to have fresh. The Internet connection was working quite good just one we have some problems. But i had to cal for the WiFi code. Its: Wlan4Guest!!. no staff at actual apt, had to go to apt about 15 min. away. although i believe this may be due to construction. There is no staff, and our password to access the room was given a day before (around 14.00 h), which for us was a bit stressful b/c we didn´t have internet access to check the password anytime and we were arriving at 23.00h to Zurich. No air conditioning; difficult to reach (no sufficient information on location and staff not really aware of); down deposit besides advanced payment not received back yet. no staff or reception on site no phone no aircon/fan. No reception- and we had keypad problems on arrival so couldnt get in for about an hour. Limited provisions ie only one large towel each for 4 days. No tea or coffee. No dresser with mirror in room. Seats were uncomfortable. Pet hair on the bed cushions. Shower head didnt hold in position. Very bad wifi. Windows do not close properly, so big noise from the street.

The access code to the main entrance of the building and your apartment will be sent to you on the day of arrival until 14:00 at the latest. Damage Deposit: Please note that Vision Apartments requires a damage deposit. For bookings up to 14 nights it is CHF 500 and for bookings longer than 14 nights it is CHF 1500. It will be pre-authorized (blocked) on your credit card on the day of booking or later. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card. Cleaning: For stays longer than 6 nights, a change of towels and waste disposal is included in the price. Access: We would like to inform you that access to the apartment can be requested without prior notice from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00 for the following: • weekly cleanings or repairs by a technician • viewing appointments with potential clients Please note that the pictures are for guidance only.
