The room was very clean and it is in a good position (very central).
We like that there was a small kitchen. The studio apartment was very
cozy and safe. The area is also very quiet.
great location. goof facilities (nice to have a small kitchen). very quiet.
staff was very nice and helpful.
I did not like the check in process. It was posted that check in was
between the hours of 1300-1800. We got there at 1700 and there was no
one in the office and the door was locked. They were gone for the day.
We had to ask on of the residents to call someone for us and it took
them awhile to show up. Then there was some confusion on which apartment
was ours. Was tempted to cancel the reservation and go to another hotel
where there was 24 hour reception. all reviews »
maitenance (cleaning, available staff) is not very high. our room wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there (5 nights). towels were not changes, TP was not added... needs improvment.
