Lovely appartment with excellent facilities. Nice chalet, spacious, very nice views of Zermatt. Sauna and jacuzzi are nice pros. The walk up the hill to the appartment but it wasn't that bad to be fair. I would definately stay there again. The elevator that goes to the chalet broke and we had to beg the hotel next door to use their elevator every time we had to go up or down. It was really annoying waiting for their 'approval'. Walking is really not an option with ski boots and skis. You also have to climb a little from the top of the elevator to the chalet. Last day no heat and no warm water. Inexcusable for a luxury chalet.
