Half board was value for money with 4/5 course dinners. breakfast was simple but nice with amazing views of the matterhorn from the restaurant. staff were warm and friendly and available when needed with good tips for things to do. The location to the mattethorn, cable cars and trains is ideal. We were greeted very warmly on arrival, and were fortunate to have a room with a view of the Matterhorn and a balcony from which to enjoy the view. Breakfast was very enjoyable, too. The hotel offered a great base to explore the slopes of the mountain, and quirky Zermatt.
