Location is easy to find, not too far from train station. The hotel is a part of restaurant, you can check in at the restaurant. All room are well and effieciently designed. It was also clean. There is a washbasin in the room while you have to share bathroom with others; however, it seems that I was only one in the second floor in that night. The breakfast is good (also the dinner I had here, it was very nice.).

It was clean, quiet and very well maintained with nice finishes.Location was a walkable distance from the train stations and funicular. It was also on a bus route. View of the Matterhorn was right outside the door (when it wasn't cloudy). It was very easy to find especially with the directions given from the hotel. It was literally 5 minutes from the station. Everything was extremely clean and well looked after. My shared bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was the usual basics which is fine by me. Very comfortable and cozy room! Location is close to center and next to river. It's one of the nicest places I stayed in during my Switzerland trip. Clean towels daily even though I did not expect it. We loved our stay in this wonderful hotel! Our balcony with a beautiful Matterhorn view was more than we had hoped for! Clean, comfortable room in a great location, would go back in a heartbeat!. Shared bath is very small and toilet did not flush properly. No staff around. Only would have liked eggs - even hard boiled for breakfast. Food at restaurants in Zermatt is extremely expensive. No chair, table and fridge in room. We cooled our drinks by putting outside the window on window sill at night. No big deal though cos weather was cooling at night. Reception by remote control - self check in by phone was Ok but lacked personal welcome. We thought the restaurant was expensive. Pillows were too soft and only had one spare. A bit expensive and a little noisy because the stream is next to the hotel. My single room was extremely small. The only person we'd seen up to the time we paid was the lady who served breakfast. There was no reception or welcome. You looked at a list on arrival, found your room number and went off to find the room. Unable to connect to Wifi.
