An incredible place to stay. Great location with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Right in the center of Zermatt. Close to the gondolas and trains up the mountains. Great restaurant. Staff was very helpful. Free shuttle got us from and to the train station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were lovely--spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and had a great views of the Matterhorn. The Julens are very cordial hosts. What your website doesn't mention is that his restaurant downstairs is truly superb. This hotel is a "perfect 10" as befits an Olympic champion!.
