  Really beautifull views from the hotel! Excellent view over the lake (Vierwaldstättersee), you can watch two sites of the lake and have over 180 degrees view. Also the views on the mountains (I.E. Rigi, Stanserhorn) is beautifull. Hotel has sun in the morning until sunset! Free car park (also semi covered). The staff was very friendly! Particular thanks to the receptionist from Berlin (he's excellent example of a customer service)! I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my friends.

  This was a really "cool" hotel! My husband and I stayed with our 9 year old and 15 year old, and all of us loved it. The amenities were amazing - the pool was heated with relaxing music and modern lighting.   My luggage key was lost and I went to inform the reception on 16 Dec 2010. She readily came up with me,tried with her keys and tried to open the padlock. As it could not be done,she got another guy, who actually cut my padlock and it was done in less than 15 minutes. Kudos to both the service providers. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. - Location was good just a 5 minute walk from the main station. clean value for money, along the river side very near to the main town and market area, though we missed a kettle for tea coffe in the room Rosli didi not have a lift but we shifter to their adjacent hotel Baslertor which ahad a lift and a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was nice and easily shifter our rooms.

  Location on the lake was perfect. Close to ferry terminal, 5 minute walk to mount rigi cable car. (There is a wonderful kids playground and spa/pool where kids are welcome half way up mount rigi). There is a wonderful lakeside restaurant about 5 mins up the road (direction vitznau). Rooms were huge, bathroom looked newly renovated. We loved the traditional breakfast (dont be expecting scr - The location right on the lake and the new furniture by the lake was beautiful and inviting.I loved hving private, direct access to swim in the lake. The restaurant right by the lake served delicious food all day long and the wait staff were excellent.Manager(or owner) and other staff were most professional and diligent.

  Although it's rank as 2 star it has large room with shower, and wc ineach room. Also it's include a flat tv. It is very importent to knowthat there is not a minibar in each room as indicated but the minibar isin each floor and has hotel drinks in it - we traveled with a baby andwe put all we need in the hotel freedge. The buffet is very good andals... what people say » o the stuff - excellent and helpfull hotel staff. The breakfast was very good as compared to other hotels. Lot of options in breakfast. The dinner served at their resturant was quiet amzing and good. A full value for money hotel and I will definately recommend any one this hotel who wants to have good service and food at reasonable price.
