The hotel size is intimate although it has more than 50 rooms. The staff is very personal and attentive. The quality of the facilities is impeccable and the location was ideal for staying in the village, without being inside and hearing any noise.

Faultless. Attentive staff and perfect service. The attention to detail and level of service never faltered when they were busy and when things got quiet mid week.
We stayed in a peaceful room with a view to the rear wooded hillside and it was great. Clean and well serviced by discreet and polite staff. The breakfast and 5 course evening meal were just fantastic; plenty of everything and top quality produce and tastes.

Service of all staff members was superb. Very relaxed, very friendly, and very attentive. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent, with special meals made for the kids. The staff was really nice! They allow pets there and we brought our dog with us. When we checked into the room, we saw they had put out a water bowl for the dog which I thought was really nice. Breakfast was good, typical Swiss breakfast, and a couple of hot options. Location in the heart of Wengen was great.

Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.
