Staff were so courteous, helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a gorgeous double room with incredible breathtaking 180 degree mountain views as it was our anniversary - complimentary tiramisu on arrival and scrummy Lindt heart-shaped chocolates on our pillows every night. Facilities were amazing, indoor and outdoor pools with a jacuzzi, sauna areas, steam room, massage rooms, relaxation room..
all reviews » A very high quality, and comfortable hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, well designed and well decorated, and with balconies (in our case looking onto a beautiful view). Large TV and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. There was an excellent sauna and pool area and best of all was the outdoor heated pool with a wonderful view of the mountains opposite!. Free Wifi, best breakfast during our stay, free bike rentals, free spa facilites and swimming pools, and pool table best vaue stay during 2 weeks in Switzerland. There is a open supermarket next to the car park and amazing views. Room Size and no concierge in the hotel. The spa ws only scheduled to be open from 5pm during the week, even though information in the room said it was open 07.00-22.00, presumably as this was out of season. When we asked for it to be opened earlier the staff quickly did so.Room cleaning service slow.... more than once returned from Skiing at 4PM to find room unserviced. (Hotel corrected problem however after complaint). The parking lote. The location is more suited for winter skiing. Out of season the rest of the town is mainly closed. It is a little bit far out if the way if you are interested in seeing the sights of Switzerland. Saying that, it's a great place to go and relax and get away from it all. Parking. It was a bit too warm everywhere. They blocked the amount of the whole stay on my credit card upon arrival and then debited the same amount on the credit card without cancelling the blocked amount, As a result I had the amount still blocked on my account 10 days after having paid and left the hotel!!!.

Our south facing balconies and terraces boast views of huge waterfalls and mountains offering some of Switzerland's finest skiing, climbing and biking.

Our stunning rooms, 700 m² Spa Solís, indoor and outdoor pools and sun terraces, the restaurant Nova, Scott's Bar, lounges and conference centre have been entirely remodelled using contemporary interior design.
