Reception Staff was very helpful and curteous and everything all which someone would like to have during his stay. Excellent Hotel. Everything....was perfect. Very very friendly staff. They were okay with me changing the room, when I didnt like the view from the first allocated room. Also, they had adapters etc for me, when my laptop charger was not fitting in the energy supply of the room. While the promised internet was only in the public area, it actually worked very well from within the room too.
