I feel very glad that I choosed this hotel. The reception lady is so nice. When she knew we would get up very early and leave for the mountain in the morning, she prepared wonderful breakfast for us to take away in advance. We even didn't ask her... I love the hotel and the lady. Cozy place, staff extremely helpful and friendly and nice environment in the Mexican restaurant.Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very good Breakfast. Breakfast was amazing, very delicious and sufficient!. Free parking available, good location. Nice staff and good location. Unfortunatly, my room is top of the build, there are no lift, so it's hard to transfer my luggages.size, bathroom. No lift...and we had to take up our heavy baggages to the last floor (3rd floor).Directions to Hotel were not clear because we were not familiar with the area. The room its not very clean,,. The room was shabby and lots of stairs to climb with luggage. room was at 4th floor so had to climb all the way with luggage et all everytime....breakfast variety was too small and meals too expensive. no lift, need to climb the stairs. Expencive for hotel as only a 2 star and was placed on top floor with 2young children and had to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs. Room size and toilets are not good. There was no elevator in the hotel. I had to carry my luggage up to fifth floor. Food was very costly. It should be with in the reach of people with moderate budget.no elevator,shabby carpets,creaky floors,terrible linen,very limited choice in breakfast,cramped rooms,mouse hole like bathrooms,no wash sink in the toilets,very expensive for the facilities offered. The hotel is long due for a refurbishment. The rooms are not soundproof at all - possible to hear conversations of people next door and sounds on the floor above. The passages are in terrrible condition and the breakfast has limited variety.location. room very stuffy. no air-conditioner. room is very small. bathrooms are small. limited bathroom for residents. No wireless network at all, should say not that it was provided. Check with the staff, he say it was on. I walk all around the floor with the laptop, not possible not to detect any network. My laptop is working fine, even now!. We reached hotel around 10.15. though the check in time was 8 am the room was not ready for us.Room was not good and it was hot. The male person at the hotel was very rude and said it is a normal room and I dnt have the right to complain. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst hotel I have ever stayed.

The El Azteka restaurant is a real Mexican speciality restaurant with around 20 seats and 10 bar seats. During summer there are an additional 20 seats available on the charming terrace. Apart from the menu there are 5 good-value 2-course lunches, 1 Mexican and 4 international-cuisine set menus available from 12:00 to 14:00.
In the evenings only Mexican dishes such as Enchiladas, Pollo en Mole, Cochinita Pibil, Fajitas etc. are served à la carte. Friday and Saturday nights you can enjoy a live Mexican music band.
Also a big variety of Tequilas is served.

You will find our small, cosy, family run hotel with 12 reasonably priced and tastefully decorated rooms, located in the centre of Interlaken in the pedestrian zone "Jungfraustrasse". The rooms are all cosy and clean with a shower and toilets. Hair dryers and adapters are available free of charge at the reception. The owner welcomes you personally and will be delighted to advise you on activities and trips in and around Interlaken. If you are a keen biker do not hesitate to talk to Polo Rosas, he is a passionate mountainbiker! He normally goes on biking tours in the afternoon and would be very pleased to take you with him and show you the nicest parts of the area. You can book any more adventurous activities (Rafting, Canyoning, Bungy Jumping, Paragliding ect.) at the reception.

Room information details
Small but charming. Our hotel rooms are appropriately fitted, clean and nice. They all have cable TV and an en-suite bathroom. Some of them have a beautiful balcony, which is decorated with wonderful geraniums in Summer. Since the hotel is in the centre of the pedestrian zone, you will certainly not wake up because of the traffic noise. For very sensitive ears, we have also an extremely calm room with view on the backyard.

Go left, direction center. After the roundabout (post office, Loeb) go straight again and take the first street to your right (corner Hotel Weisses Kreuz). You will see the hotel after approx. 20 m on the right hand side. (5 min. on foot).
