Freindly staff. The hotel is in a quit residential location with much of the hotel giving space to many offices/different companies. The main reception was large and airy due to the atrium design, and the breakfast buffet catered for all tastes.Staff were very friendly and accomadating,the parking was free and easy to access. no kettle in the room. We booked 2 twin rooms as we were travelling with fairly young children, each parent sharing a room with one child. After unlocking one room we found the door would not lock again. The receptionist, whilst very helpful in finding an alternative room, found what were supposedly twin rooms on their booking system but were singles.
