Hotel is in the city center. I had no problem with the check-in because I called them earlier. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was great!.

The OLD and SMALL tv in the room.
The extra charges for extra bed (per night). When I booked the hotel I put in me and my daughter, the cost only showed my cost, not the extra bed. The extra bed cost was stated in a text, not showing as an amouth. I was cheated, and was forced to pay for the extra bed, which made me disappointed!.
Front desk hours are limited, hotel access is complicated, rooms are tiny, WIFI didn't reach to our room. Overall look and feel of room was sub-standard, especially considering the price. Breakfast was sparse. Spend a few hundred crowns more and stay ANYWHERE else, I urge you!.
There is no staff to be found in the evening. When You have figured out, which of the many numbers glued to the front door, to call, You will be interrogated for at least 20 minutes before anyone decides to let You in from the street - in spite of a solid booking, spelling Your name etc.
We would never go back and would advise others who appreciate their health not to go either - especially on a cold and rainy night.
