The staff is very friendly, the rooms modern designed. I liked the help offered by the receptionists. They are really nice and helpful.The electricity in the bathroom was a nightmare as the sensor did not work, I understand however that this will be changed in due course. However it did not help us during the stay. A bit cold; no cabinet/wardrobe; few TV channels (I would prefer Euronews in English). The bathroom was very small. If you're over 5 feet 8 inches, you'll feel cramped. The bed was small also. You could only check out between a certain hours so beware of their availability. The windows can not be opened, the hotel belongs to the youth hostel and the breakfast is still hostel like, the reception closes at 19:00. For private use it is absolutely OK but for business travel too basic. There is a fixed room temperature you can not change.When I reached the hotel, the bin in the bathroom was full, which means that the room/bathroom had not been cleaned. For three days that I stayed in the hotel it remained like that.... the room was not properly cleaned and made up every day........taking basic to the extreme. the breakfast was not good and it took finish quickly.
