The breakfast Buffet was not as good as I expected. The coffee was machine-made and not great, the scrambeled eggs were aweful, and the choice of cold cuts was very limited. On a few occasions there was stockout for some breakfast items (e.g bacon, mushrooms). Rooms are not warm enough fo those coming from hot climate. Little loading/deloading area for the luggage. No concierge. Huge crowds at breakfast on the weekends. You have to cross the ugly rail station area all the time to get to the nicer parts of town. I would chose one on the other side of the rails or even the river. SInce the nights are cool it would be nice to open windows - not an option at Radisson Blu. Parking is another deal: you gotta pay for it. Room was too hot even with thermometer turned all the way down. No windows to open. During there anniversary celebration, when everyone was in it was hard to get service. For the regular customer theywere only concerned about the people who came for the party. The car park was expensive. only one chair in our double room. Room was too hot at night even though thermostat was set to minimum. Difficult to see where to enter into the hotell. Hard to see the enterance. And inside there were no 'expected' front desk but a couple of 'standing tables' which could have been for a company demostration of a product. In all diffictult to understand where to go. No cons.. To clean the room it means that you have to change everything!!!!. Price.
