All the staff is kind, considerate and very helpful. The breakfasts are excellent. The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent. price/quality very good. bicycles nice. Very organised and efficient. Nothing. The dining room and the furniture are a bit gloomy. The restaurant was closed yet this was not mentioned on the site that there would be buffets instead of a proper restaurant. This would have affected my choice of hotels so I really think it needs to have been referenced.
