This hotel was outstanding. It was a few blocks outside the city center, but you could walk to everything and public transportation was real close. The hotel was so charming, and what an incredible value for the money. Breakfast was awesome (Caviar was on the buffet) and included. Beds were so comfortable. Great hotel, with a great breakfast. Luxury! Staff very helpful. 20 minutes walk into the city centre. Recommend a walk around the lake which is one the doorstep of the hotel. Walking distance to shops. Would stay there again without a doubt.

Situation, overall style and friendly service. it was too hot in the room, and we were not able to find heating regulation,so we had to have window open all night. Unfortunately all the road constructions made it a bit difficult to reach. Noise from the construction sites....of course this is just atemporary problem. There was no information about this at time of booking, nor that the rooms where facing the road. We had to upgrade the rooms to get a courtyard view at a higher price. Arrived from Skavsta airport and got taxi to hotel, it cost a lot of money by taxi, there is very good bus that goes to Stockholm central station and then get taxi to hotel.rather far from the city center, hardly to find the hotel location, near the highway, no air-conditioner in the room. No heating control for the room - too warm. the restaurant. the food served was too posh and so too expensive. very hard to find out the hotel location!. prices are bit higher. we stayed in a room for smokers, even if we don't smoke, and everything had bad smell. before book it's better to control this feature.no kettle in the room, no free access to the gym. Everything was fine for me and staffs were so kind. especially the food of this hotel was excellent.Lack of storage space in rooms.

From Arlanda Airport:
The airport bus runs just outside the terminal to Stockholm City. The trip takes about 35 minutes and the fee is SEK 100 for a one way ticket. The name of the bus stop is "Stallmästaregården/Hagaforum" and is located about 100 meters from the hotel.

From Skavsta Airport:
Airport bus runs outside the terminal to Stockholm city terminal. The ride takes about 80 minutes and the fee is SEK 130 for a one way ticket and SEK 199 for a round trip ticket. From the city terminal, please change to local bus number 59 and continue to the Norrtull stop. (Takes about 15 minutes).

Public transportation:
Bus number 59, 515 and 2 stops at Norrtull. The hotel is then located about 200 meters from this bus stop.

Please note that you cannot buy a ticket on the bus. You need to buy them at machines at the bus stop, at the city terminal or at any subway station.
