breakfast buffet was like living in heaven. the beds were fantastically comfortable. the shower was pert and exciting like an unblemished virgin. 20 minutes by walk to centre. Airport express buss stop just 10 metres close to hotel.Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was simple, but very clean and comfortable. The whole experience, the ease of getting there with the bus stop outside and the quality of the food.

The bed is too small for 2 people!!!!!!. I knew about the refurbishment programme, so naturally when this is completed, the hotel will be even better. The shower was just a hole in the floor (a little messy). There is some refurbish work going on(but this will be temporary). They are remodeling in an old factory/warehouse. It will be beautiful. However, they need to take away the heavy doors in front of the old freight elevator that everyone has to use. They are hard to push. There needs to be stairs that go DOWN in case of emergency and just to use instead of elevator. There was no shelf in the bathroom area for necessary items. No telephone in the room, no hair dryer, noisy some nights. There was an odour in the WC. No wi-fi in a room..under construction, noisy party in the middle of the night. Not the daily change of towels. Water from the shower didn't reach drain hole, so the floor was slippery all times. location , it is not so close to city center but you can walk, it is not necessary to take a bus. Small sinks in bathroom and, in smaller rooms, no shower curtains. TV channels very limited, no satellite. Ground floor and restaurant were being renovated, a lot of construction work going on.noise (due to renovation), there were no cupboard and telephone in the room. Shower room floor was uneven so it flooded everytime you shower, awfulpictures on walls, no telephone to call reception desk.it is a bit far from the city centre. uncomfortable and narrow bed. ongoing works. Hotel room was on the small side. Hotel room did not come with a clock or a telephone.They do not changing the towels every day. No hot water in the morning. The smell in the bathroom and the extensive renovation work that wastaking place during our stay there. The breakfast was a disgusting experience; either there was something wrong with the dishwasher or the person handling it doesn't know how to do it properly. Plates, glasses, cups and utensils were almost all dirty and it took a while to browse through them in order to find a clean enough piece of each. Loud playing pianist. 1. bit too far from T-bana, esp. with luggage (about 10 min walk) 2. construction work in the restaurant still ongoing 3. breakfast on weekdays just until 9.30am (sharp!).

The hotel is independently run, with the focus on flexibility, service and a high level of functionality for our guests. Hotell Norrtull is a smoke free hotel. Our ambition is to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible, before, during and after your visit.

Important information to guests

Please note that the restaurant serves lunch Monday-Friday and dinner Tuesday-Friday. On weekends, no lunch or dinner is served.

Information about the area

The hotel is located near Karolinska University Hospital, off the E4/E20 motorway, and the Haga and Frösundavik area. Within walking distance from the hotel you will find Odenplan and St. Eriksplan, with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Hagaparken is an English park close to our hotel that was constructed in the 18th century, and includes jogging tracks, a ruined castle and a butterfly museum.

Travelling information

By bus from Stockholm city:
- Take the number 65 (14 minute journey from Central Station).

The Airport bus stops at Norra Stationsgatan, located just next to the hotel.

The nearest subways are Odenplan and St. Eriksplan, both a 7 minute walk from Hotell Norrtull.

By car:
- Take the E4/E20 North/South and follow signs for St. Eriksplan.
- Just after Norrtull the road splits into 2 for Norra Stationsgatan and St. Eriksgatan. Follow the St. Eriksgatan road to your left and you will find the hotel on your right hand side (a large red brick building).

There is parking at the hotel.
