The staff were very friendly and more than happy topoint us in the right direction and give us tips in where to go. The hotel was very cosy and had a lovely homely feel. It was also very clean and our en-suite was very modern with a lovely warm shower. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is on a quieter part of the main shopping street in Stockholm. Very good room. Good daily room service. Friendly help at reception. Good breakfast. Very convenient location for the city and for local transport.

The room was cold but the problem was solved by the help of stuff. The room was extremely small.It took us a while to find the breakfast room!. Rooms were on the small side. I did not like that in our Superior Room there were actually 2 beds united instead of a big one. I mean if we choose a Superior Double Room it is obvious that we need a large bed. The second thing we didn't like is that in the room there was a bit chilly during the night because the heater was kind of small for the room. Old television without english chanels. Meat and cheese at breakfastcould be better.burn mark on furniture in my room. the coridor door knocked too loud. i woke up several times at night because of this knocking.noise from the street was quite loud during evening hours, the ceiling lamp did not work. The entrance of the hotel is a bit Shabby...and reception area is on 2nd floor...while room was on 1st floor.Temporary breakfast arrangements during renovation. Limited facilities, breakfast only. The TV was very bad working, no chanels to choose. the beds , and the sofa beds could be more comfortable. one day from 4 nights, the did not cleaned the room, the breakfast was not that nice, bad coffee. The personal of the breakfast's room are inattendible and approximative.
