Very helpful staff, lovely courtyard for breakfast and the evening (very nice) buffet. Very handy location on main shopping street but also no trouble with noise. Bed comfy. Provided with a fan (quite hot out). Overall- decent food, nice place and good value. The evening free buffet which has plenty of food available if you go between 7 and 745 is really nice as was breakfast. Very nice hotel. Stayed the second time there. Nothing to complain really. I arrived in the evening and it was very good to have free dinner. Close to the subway and central station and Arlanda Express - very convenient. Would stay in this hotel again.

Found it a bit gloomy that the window gave to the sonorous hotel atrium/inner courtyard. A bit too hot inside the room without an a/c. Hot drinks only free at breakfast time. The included light dinner was OK but could have been better (pasta with meatsauce with very little meat). But there was also a possibility to make some sandwiches so it is OK. room too small. My room looked into the courtyard and that was very noisy. small rooms (5 floor). The first room we were put in was in the basement and felt like an oven. We complained and we were allowed to change rooms thankfully. memory foam on bed was warm & uncomfortable. Pillows were very soft. the tiny tiny room. Inside courtyard can be noisy during meal time. No other amendities like spa or fitness. I got a "budget" room at the ground floor, with the window on the inner covered courtyard, always full of people (breakfast and dinner were also served there), so, for privacy, I had to keep the curtains closed at all times. Otherwise the hotel was very good, but such rooms should be avoided :). The room was very small. The room was too small for the price, we were in the 3rd floor in a room with window. If you travel with big luggages there is hardly space to move in the room. Even if you don't stay so much time in the room, it's quite unconfortable to have the luggages in the middle when you are there. I'd recommend this hotel if you travel with hand luggage. Wifi did not reach Level 5 of the hotel even though it advertised this would be so. The room was very small and SO hot that sleep was almost impossible. A small fan was provided but did little to help. A door to a shared balcony on the roof was not secure and otherwise there were no openable windows. I would recommend that NO ONE ever stays on Floor 5. Incredibly small rooms for this amount of money and the cleaning facilities are very poor. Breakfast area is always very busy and was quite difficult to have a table empty and clean on time. Rooms were very small, for this price, you can get much better hotels in other countries around europe. Bad food, no safe, no climatisation, no towel changing, unreliable and weak WiFi. No internet in my room. I was on fifth floor The column near my bed which I banged my head one evening. Too hot with no ac. With windows open onto the courtyard - no choice because of temperature - sound of other people vey loud so unable to sleep. Bathroom designed such that every shower equals a small flood. Would be just about acceptable if not for the price - very poor value for money. Very small room, no ventilation it was very hot in the room. Although info that window could not be opened, no good ventilation and too warm in the room so not good night rest.
