  Friendly personnel, nice room, buffet breakfast. Mini bar is half full, you can use available space like icebox.   They were very friendly and helpful. The owner was remodeling a number of rooms and they look great. The hotel was one short bus stop to the metro and 4 metro stops to the central station (and the bus and metro run constantly).   I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

  Very good shuttle service. Came to pick us up 5 minutes after we called. Shuttle driver, young guy, drove badly and should slow down in sharp turns. Nice and kind young staff, good and not too pricy wine in the restaurant. Very pretty room, wonderful bed and nice design overall. They were constantly changing the environment, new seat covers, repainting the kitchen, and so on, but they always got whatever little task there was done during the day while,most people were out.
