Hotel is at short walking distance from "Triangle zone", which is the more animated area of the city. Many different bars/restaurants nearby. Simply very convenient and nicely located. Easy. Short instructions. Central. . Rooms are for now only on ground level. Which means no intimacy unless curtains are closed at all times...Breakfast, to small with only one bread. No people to ask in near. Only one key. .

Living Room Hotel is adjacent to Folkets Park in Malmö, a short walk from Malmö Concert Hall, Nöjesteatern, Kulturbolaget, the Victoria Theatre, Tangopalatset, Amiralen, Möllevångstorget and Triangelns shopping centre.

From Triangeln stroll to Södergatan and Södra Förstadsgatan, Malmö’s shopping district where small exclusive boutiques and big shopping centres are to be found.

The hotel currently consists of 8 hotel rooms. Most of the rooms have en suite bathroom and shower, the remaining rooms have conveniently located shared bath and shower facilities.

Please note that the reception closes at 18:00 on weekdays and 16:00 on weekends. Guests arriving outside these hours are kindly asked to contact the hotel in advance, in order to receive check-in information. Contact details are included in the booking confirmation.
