  The Barken Viking is very interesting being a converted old ship, it is right on the riverside and extremely close to central station which makes it quick and easy to get to if travelling in on bus from Landvetter Airport. The Hotel is located a little bit of a distance from thecentre of Gothenburg but not a problem as the No 60 bus passes byregulary and the speedy taxis were also at hand (although a bitexpensive), the comfortable room and facilities more than made up forthis though. ... what people say » I found the Staff to be friendly and helpful. - Best value for money, free parking, nice breakfast and Sauna!

  The hostel was pretty quiet even it was booked out; I can totally recommend the double rooms. The showers are always available, clean and there is also enough paper, which is not normal in a hostel. The bed was compfy and the whole building is kind of clean. I'm not a big hosteltraveller, but I totally loved it. - Very new and clean. Staff is incredibly friendly. They let us use the computer behind reception to print a boarding pass. Location is decent as it is 2min walking distance to bus stop that runs direct to train station in 10-15 min ride. Kitchen is perfect, shared showers were clean and wonderful pressure and temp.
