The reception staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and the breakfast buffet was superior; we very much enjoyed it! Also, the room, while quite small, was very attractively decorated and very clean. We also liked having a private, secure garage under the hotel in which to park. Availability in city, inside parking in price, breakfast in price. We can drink coffee or tea freely in front of the reception; it is more convenient for us than settled coffee makers or hot water in our rooms. Friendly staff, relax with table tennis was popular with the kids, close to ferry from Germany, book lending shelf was also popular. Close to the ferry. Good parking. not much very disappointed ,staff were helpful and nice. Nothing!!!!!. We were very upset that the housekeeping staff would simply barge into our room with barely a knock; they never waited to hear our response as to whether or not we even wanted our room cleaned. One time they even came right in without knocking; we were still in bed, and barely had time to make ourselves decent! There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign for the door.During the stay the parking garage was broken and one cvar as damaged. The staff did not actively search for the owner of this car. It was helpfull to make a note with carnumber for the guests. Main entrance locked at 5 pm - little problem to reach reception. After around 4:30pm there was nobody at the reception. the reception is opened only between 10 and 12 during weekends.very bad location not near city, more a hostel then a hotel. No service, no reception after 4pm, no wifi as promised, bad breakfast etc.
