I think the temet so esay and good to make the staying in the hotel nice , but its not iportant whay the visetr doing ,its hard to feil cozy and confetubel. Not every thing have to go trow the disk in the entray , and bake yard exiet its so imprtant.abut the brekfast , ther very nice tabel , whay ther no good and disgen , now the best thing , it the desing in hotel amssssssing !!!!!! all reviews » Hotel Room was above expectations, comfortable bed - nicely designed so that it feels special. Rain shower was a bonus. The breakfast was large and had late hours. You could eat outside on the lovely patio in a variety of comfortable seating. The rooftop terrace was really beautiful and we enjoyed an afternoon on the loungers in the sun. Free ferry provided easy and frequent city access. I liked the look of the hotel, the restraunt was nice, the staff in there were really nice and friendly, helpful too, never too much trouble for them, the waiters that served me where really nice. My room was nice but I didn't like how the air-con worked it was frustrating on trying to work out how to stop it from repeating blowing cold air into my room. This hotel had just opened four days before our stay so they were still working out some bugs. However, everyone went above and beyond to solve all problems. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The rooftop hot tub was awesome. Inside hot tubs and sauna were great too. New Hotel in the harbor of Göteborg. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk (they made a long research where we could eat moose). Big terrace on the roof with a great view on the skyline of Göteborg (including a jacuzzi). Good choice at breakfast buffet. Breakfast good! Great that you had "Allergy foods", "allergy corner" in the restaurant - and you could also include soy free products such as rice milk or oat milk (Oatly youghurt is ok in most allergies) Reception personal really helpful and smiling! We got late check-out!. People are very nice. Ladies at reception are patient to answer questions, professional to offer help. in the evening, i went to the bar for some wine. The big guy is very cheerful. I even tried whisky. Cool!!. Overall a great hotel. I've visited a few Radisson's but this one stands out. Friendly and helpfull staff, the food is great and the detail in the design of the restaurant is nicely done. The Staff are very friendly and the hotel takes efforts on lots details which were impressive. Breakfast is just great. The standard room is very functional and chic. Bathroom Room Breakdast. It was a really cool hotel, with a nice relax-veranda at the roof. Great view as well. Loved the design and the friendly staff!!. Nothing bad . its all in green saide lol. Children using hot tubs as swimming pools took away from the spa atmosphere. Too early closing of rooftop patio. We would have enjoyed to see the city after dark and use the hottubs into the late evening. The reception area needs massive improvement, there were only two desks and there were lots of people waiting to be served, they took too long, answering phones, where they should be dealing with customers, one has to remember this hotel has over 1K rooms, so reception does need alot of improvement and better staffing.... Without knowing the area this hotel was extremely difficult to locate by car. Room a bit small but stylish. Windows in the rooms can not be opened, what i dislike. Note that you have to take the boat or busses to go to the city center which is great but not always very efficient (approx 20 min.). The foods, plates, spoons, drinks on the breakfast tables were in odd places, difficult to find. In the bathroom the smell of the soaps and creams was too strong. Not good if you have sensitive skin. In the bathroom you need a garbage bin, it is very important for ladies. There was just one bin, that was in the toilet room. That is not enough. I love les croissants chauds du matin. Unfortunately some croissants at breakfast taste not good.They are cold, not soft. I am sure there are many good ones but i certainly got several not-good ones which made me unhappy. Size of the rooms, lack of a desk to work on in the standard room, menu in the restaurant is limited. The sheets were very clean but not suitable for people who suffering from allergy. It could be the detergent. The Spa-pools and the sauna open at 9am and close at 8pm. For those who visits the city, there is hardly a chance you can use these facilities. Rooms a tad on the compact side. Not close to restaurants. No assistance with luggage. - this glass door between toilet & shower and the rest of the room leaves a 2cm space when closed: you'll know éverything of each other when returning from this holiday... The TV goes loud enough though. - much too hot at night. We woke up swimming in sweat - the restaurant menu is not very rich and the meat i ate (chicken and veal) was strangely soft. Localization is good for people who travel in Buisness (office district, hotel is surrounded by offices and headquarters) but we came to the city to visit it. Hotel is about 6 km by car/taxi from city center, luckily we had a car but still during the supper one of us had to be a driver. The breakfast area was a bit crowded for that weekend when there was 'way out west', but the food was fair and the overal good quality of our stay overweighted this small defect. That I was only there 2 nights!. Crammed breakfast area at peak times, annoying slow lifts to rooms. 1.Lack of vents on the windows. 2.Have long to wait for service at the restaurant in the evening. Bubblebath wasnt working in spa area. The standard rooms are small. And everything in the room is too much decorated. . Far from city center . Ca 15 min. with bus. the sofabed was very uncomfortable. a bit far from the downtown. Dinner waiting time in restaurant. location. Parking facilities. Staff wasn't as attentive as I would have wanted. The wardrobe was not so spacious and without the door. The shower inundated the floor each time! (probably because we had a special room for handicapped people and so the restroom was a bit strange). Restaurant busy, small and crowded. In general the hotel service was very poor in this city. No one to help and you do every thing by your self. absence of bath.
