The hotel is clean, central and comfortable, with friendly staff and a good level of service. The room is well designed and comfortable. The location was fantastic, able to walk to all areas of shopping and museums. Clean +++ ad central location and excellent breakfast. The location was excellent. They didn't respond to our emails asking for some clarifications. We were not informed that we couldn't use water between 10:00 and 17:00 for two days due to filter maintenance when we booked. There was no hot water for many hours for one night. Standard rooms are small while superior rooms are spacious. Everything was perfect.When I booked my reservation through booking.com it was clearly mentioned that any children under 12 years will stay for free on an extra bed, however the staff on duty on 7 AUG @ 18:00 wanted to charge extra fee, after a confirmation from the same staff that I will not be charged for the late cancelation the hotel debited my account 10 Euro. Reception staff ok, but could be happier.The room size!! It was very small, the bed occupies 80% of the space! Expected a bigger room for the price paid. metro didn't run from Sevilla which is the nearest station from the hotel,because of construction.So we had to walk from/to the next station.View from the window.helpfulness of reception staff insufficient, possibly due to cost saving reasons (e.g. ordering a taxi was denied). the room was very small missing restaurant. Cost of breakfast/looking out onto wall/back alley. The spaces are too narrow.

Travelling information

From the airport take the A2 towards Barcelona:
Take the M40 towards the motorway A3 and A4 (Valencia and Andalucía). Take the turning for Vicalvaro-O’Donnel. At the roundabout go towards O’Donnel until you reach Alcalá. Continue along Alcalá until you get to Sevilla street, turn left on Carrera de San Jeronimo and left again at the first street which is Cedaceros street and you will find the hotel 200 metres down the street.
Underground: “Sevilla” and “Puerta del Sol” are 50 metres from the hotel. From Barajas Airport you can get train straight to the hotel.
Bus: Puerta del Sol (N1, 2, 5, 51,147 and 150).
Taxi: from the airport to the hotel a taxi costs about 30 €.
