The place was modern clean and convenient.

Couch could have been more comfortable.
Location - on the edge of the red light district, not an attractive calle.
Facilities - basic quality; shower wand had no wall support; beds circa 45 cm (18 inches) high; WiFi - Internet did not work initially then connection proved erratic; no regular hours for reception..
Staff attitude - seemed to understand English selectively; did not make an effort to fix the shower problem.
