There was a man on reception during the day who was always very helpful and pleasant and a lady on the night desk the same and the restaurant staff were very nice as well. The Hotel was in a great location. hotel is ideally situated close to all the main facilities and tourist attractions and buses to Alhambra. The location is excellent. The reception staff were very kind and hepful.

The cooked breakfast, although in warm trays, was cold.Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in room.Shame the restaurant was not open during the evenings in winter but plenty of restaurants nearby.Missed having tea making facilities in room or in foyer, however, staff provided cups of hot water on request-took own sachets and milk. There was construction next door which woke us during the mornings. parking was difficult and expensive, but luckily close to the hotel. The breakfast was poor. No internet. Hard to find due to being on a pedestrain street which was not mentioned. No instructions were given about public parking and the fact that it is best to park and then walk to hotel. The breakfast was pretty poor. The waitress wasn´t too keen on replenishing supplies and turned the lights off at 10am... if I was you, just book room only for 60 euros, and get breakfast in one of the numerous cafés nearby, it definitely wasn´t worth an extra 14 euros. Also make sure you park in the right car park. The hotel can only give you discount for one of them.seems to me that they have reduced staff, if you arrive late it will look like it is closed as the door is blocked with a grating. You need to ring to get it at any time. Well, we slept badly because of the noise from the street.

Travelling information

From the airport
Granada airport is 12km from the city centre. On arrival it is better to get a taxi from the airport so that you can get to our hotel without walking through the streets with your luggage. The taxi costs about 25 euros.

There is also a bus service which takes you to the centre of Granada.
The bus company runs a service between the city centre (Plaza de Isabel La Católica, single fare about EUR 3,00) and the airport connecting with scheduled flights.

From Plaza Isabel la Católica walk down the street until Plaza del Carmen, then turn on your left and you fill find Navas street.

By car there is an easy access via the town motor way (Circunvalacion – exit 129 – Recogidas)

From the Renfe train station
There is a bus service ( lines 11 – 9 - 4 - 6 ) near to the train station (Avda. de la Constitución) which takes you to Plaza del Carmen.
