The location was excellent as it was very central. There were some good bars and restaurants in the street. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is great for seeing just about any part ofthe city. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms clean.Excellent location to visit all aspects of the city. There was a free 24 hr Tea/coffee in the lounge ,when we asked for milk we were told they did not provided milk .Thats alright if you drink black coffee/Tea I like my tea with milk.So this free service was no use to us.Soundproofing poor. Shower alternating from hot to cold too often. Glass screen in shower too small to prevent flood every morning. actually, the hotel does not have parking. They get someone that drives your car to a park to one of their hotels, 10 minutes away which is not very practical.We had some trouble communicating with one of the desk clerks about using their internet service. Rather frustrating. Bed was hard. No shower curtain!!. did not find staff helpful or friendly, in complete contrast to hotel Best western in seville. limted facilities with bar area full of locals in morning/ evening. very difficult to find. Too casual/ unprofessional attitude of 3/4 staff in and out of bar area in the evening.Poor lunch ( sandwiches ). My room was on floor #4, I have to use service elevator to 3 floor, from ther I have to use a service staircase to reach the room. They told me that the rooms are new so they do not have time to install elevator and appropiate staircase, the problem is that they do not have space for it. It was ok for me, but I would like to know it in advance. Well it wasn't the hotel itself, but the guy that worked at the front desk during the day was everything but helpful. When asked about what was worth seeing in Grenada he just circled a few sots on the map and kept info to a strict minimum. Basicaly he told me: "go and you will see"... And it was said in such a way that I wouldn't dare ask any other questions. The 2 other women were very nice...Tv program was very poor and no air co.
