Excellent location, nice balcony, big room, comfortable beds. Clean bath-towels every day.perfect location, the room had nice balcony with la pedreda, relatively quiet. I travel to Barcelona for my work and have stayed at Hotel Paseo de Gracia frequently. The location of the hotel is very convenient, on Paseo de Gracia by Diagonal.friendly staff, good location. Very nice and helpful staff.Nice lounge and reception area. Helpful staff. Cleanliness. Our bathroom was a bit basic, that of another of our party fairly poor. However the hotel was being refurbished and the modernised room occupied by a third member of our party was excellent.continental breakfast should be included on room rate. Shower had no fitting for wall attachment, had to be held in one arm. Asked for balcony room but didn't get one. No hairdryer provided, Intially was asked to pay extra above price quoted on web site for tax, but on showing print out that it included tax i was allowed to pay only the quoted price.Bathroom was quite bad. Toilet was engorged, which was unsavoury, bidet didn't work. Would need a renovation. Staff was not really polite, not cooperative. We had to wait 45 minutes for the room. (Instead of 12.00 we could take the room only at 12.45 pm.) They promised to wake us up on the day of departure and they failed. Some rooms are renovated with modern furniture and bathroom. Some rooms are in great need of renovation. It is a lottery which room to get, as they all have the same price.a couple of noisy nights due to a room with a party terrace on the roof. contintental breakfast could be included in price. No air conditioning (air con machine broke down). Poor furniture, toliet is not so good even though renovation work done. Poor lighting inside the room.Unsafe because no fire-escape and one wooden staircase. I felt quite frightened by being on the 7th floor and no obvious means of escape. Poor quality bathroom with cracked toilet seat, flaky tile paint on tiles, poky room and inadequate shower. The room badly needs refurbishment. The rooms of other member of the group were of better quality,.
