This hotel was near the Metro, the main transportation, and was near to all the sites! The entire stay at the hotel was great! We would definitely stay there again if we went back. the very nice and helpfull staff. The cleaning was very good it was always very clean and well done rooms!!!. The hotel staff was very kind and willing to help and service. Location was great and hotel staff was helpful.

All of this can´t possiblycompensate the flaws though (see bellow).AC was advertised, but wasn't cool. No coffee making facilities in the room.Thought there could have been complimentary drinks and food in the room for guests, also more selection of tv programs in english. Room very dark because we could not open the curtains as we overlooked a narrow street with other balconies. a charge of 6 euros for 5 mnutes was abit expensive. no coffee/tea making facility. room was a little cold , passports of both people required to register was excessive when only one person made booking, i never had to do this before. Room was fairly small - breakfast was not included. Poor breakfast, smell of the water. My repeated complains regarding the malfunction in the operation of the air condition had not been treated during the day of my arrival.I expected that at 540Euro for 3 nights I deserve to get air condition in my room. The excuse was that the hotel is full and there is no personel to solve my problem.At these stage after a telephone call, We were moved to another room. All these hapened at 1 am. Hotel very expensive for what we had. I left sooner because: 1 - Couldn´t sleep with noise from adjacentbuiling - yes,not from hotel rooms,but from neighbouring building!wheresomeone enjoyed console war games at night.So,apparently,bad soundinsulation (4th floor - plus 1st floor, where I was transferred to,andendured severely noisy ventilation ducts). 2 - Bathrooms displayedseveral humidity marks.
