  Awesome place. Location is in fact very convenient and comments to the contrary don't make much sense; it's 5mins into the centre of town and really no traffic. Plus it's on the side of town you probably want to be. The only reason to cross town is to get to the train station which you'd escape as fast as humanly possible. Chloe and Marie took excellent care of us and I can highly recommend Liedjiesbos Guest House to anyone. We had dinner at the 'Longhorn Steak House', a few minutes down the road, which was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Lion, white lion, ben - Lionsrock is highly specific in what it is and what it does. For that reason it is a very interesting place to visit - for a day or so. It is a little inaccisible vis-a-vis other attractions around the eastern Free State, reinforcing the need for a short visit. Staff and facilities are good for a 3-star establishment.
