  A very quiet hotel - out of season, but very attentive manager who, although had limited English tried very hard to make us feel very welcome.We had a suite which was very spacious - you could sit outside in a cionservatory or on the balcony.   I liked everything! The office manager was very efficient, friendly, accommodating and informative (a delight to visit with her each time we had the opportunity). The outside of the Pension (which appears as three separate but attached buildings) looks like a little Switzerland, all so cutesy and appropriately "Alpine" like. I loved the "room key" which was just a credit card that you kind of waved in the air near a pad to open your door, or - A fantastic place to stay in the High Tatras. Wonderful staff, always helpful, friendly and attentive. Lovely pension. We stayed in one of the superior double rooms and it was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, large rom, lovely bathroom, great shower, comfy bed. All great! Location is good for exploring the Tatras and surrounding areas. Restaurant on side was excellent and we ate there every night of our 6 night stay in August and breakfast was lovely too.   Wonderful staff. We were late for our train, and the guy woke up in the middle of the night just to let us in, while being very kind about it. Also, he let us have breakfast later than usual because we really wanted to sleep. The rooms were clean, the location was quiet, the view from the balcony was amazing. Good breakfast as well. If you don't mind sharing the bathroom / shower with other people in dorm-like conditions (which also were very - I was checked-in 4 hours before the official hours, there was no problem with that. When I arrived I was offered an upgrade to my accommodation (for the same price) and stayed at a luxury villa next door, which made it even better value for money. The hosts were welcoming and helped with the directions etc. The breakfast was excellent. I wish to come there again.

  Location was great. Breakfasts were delicious with lots of variety. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully return some time in the future. - I liked the fast decision my requests by personnel. I liked the good attitude of the personnel of hotel.   Very, very satisfied with this guesthouse. Its situated in quite location, walking distance to village and tram with a breathtaking few. Best part is definitely the breakfast! Eat outside in a front of a restaurant and enjoy looking at the moutains and beautiful flowers.
