location - just near the ski lift, helpful staff, hotel after renovation. hotel was in good location and perfect for tatras mountains. if would be better if the restaurant didn't close so early; the extra bed was unconfortable. most of staff was very good but all the receptionist were poor they could not give any information on the area and basic things they did not now exspected better from a 4 star hotel really poor.
