The room was nice and comfortable, the breakfast was tasty. huge and very clean room, quite modern, nice staff.It was very clean, easy to get to and a nice place to stay. They helped us figure out the bus route and it was very easy to get into the city, to the train station and to the airport. Hotel staff very helpful, rooms amazingly clean, very quiet. Good service at the desk and tickets for local transportataion were sold. Excellent sausages at the breakfast!. The hotel is not so close to the city center..but you can make a pleasant walk to there.not in the city center but the center can be reached easily. Breakfast is not included and position of hotel is not so central....It is located on a smaller street so needed more time to figure out how to get there. I would have expected the rate to be better as I paid half the price in Prague for a similar room. Our room seemed clean enough. But the next day after our stay I got suspicious insect bites on my leg. I think they were bed bug bites. But my partner did not get such bites, so I'm not too sure.no internet access. Shower head not fixed to wall.breakfast not up to much. I booked 2 double rooms, but I received 2 twin ones. Restaurant and bar closed for long periods, access into hotel via steep steps, bus and trams into city centre involved long walk or multi transfers.When I booked hotel, as was informed, that breakfast price is 3 EUR, but at hotel it was rated to 6 EUR per person (and breakfast was a skantiest have I ever seen). they do not give any information about the city,if you need a map you have to buy. 1 night was ok - the second was rather a nightmare... there was some kind of "private party" (according to hotel employees) in the hotel, which made sleeping hard to impossible... two friends complained and got a discount - those who didn't complain and just endured the noise got nothing. So, if you want to stay in the hotel, don't hesitate to complain. Otherwise you'll just hear some bad excuses. Shower impossible to fix, water ready to deborde from the schower, wc terribly smelling, 6 chains on TV and moreover they give you the zapper together with the key, even if it doesn't work beause the battery is out! In the night I wake up of smell, amaizing! and the window cannot be always open as it gives on the road with circulation and passing people.
