This hotel was perfect for my business trip, also as for leisure (Shopping centre is connected with the hotel, also as spa, pool, fitness facilities). The staff is very professional and helpful.My room was-as I requested-on the top floors, and I was enjoying the view to the Old Town and around. hotel being new (2013 new) comfy bed uniqueness of the doors to the toilet welcome fruits and letter views outside the hotel nearby/adjacent mall and cheap and expensive eats as well.

Spanking new hotel!. great hotel. single reservation staff(guests checking in/out , guests asking questions have to queue) attention to details was lacking-i.e. incorrect address of my title, and was made to pay in advance when it should be after my stay in the hotel; they offered to reverse the error in charging me though but it would be another hassle for me to do that. Nothing, everything was perfect. - there were only news programs, but we didn´t came to watch TV so we didn´t mind. a little bit far from the old town area,u should take a bus around 10 mins to get to the old town. At check in, they gave me wrong bed size for what I requested. They didn't mention that I have to validate the card on elevator to use it. I just knew how to do it, because It happens to use this system in India before. Other customers might face a problem. Noone assisted me to take my luggage to room. A bit more attention to customers at breakfast. More English channels with movies. A weight scale and an umbrella in room are handy. I do not like to wait 40 minutes before reception desk for check out. You schuld improve it and employ morning on reception more staff than one person, because than it takes long time. none. A bit of a walk to the old town.
