We were part of a group of 24 who stayed in this area in different hotels. feed back from the rest of the group made us feel like royalty as virtually all of the other hotels were very poor and very run down and dirty. this hotel is fantastic value for money.. Space of the Rooms, Friendly Staff, Free Wifi access everywhere and absolutely the Restaurant who serves great food and good breakfast buffet.

It says hotel is situated in the city, hotel was situated in the city but it was bit far away from the center of the city which it took around 1~1.30 hours from hotel to center by walking and around 15~20minutes by bus or taxi. It is exactly situated middle of the airport and city center. By taxi it costs 10euro from hotel to airport or city center. Access to hotel difficult by car.It would have been nice if there was access to a steam room or sauna or in that case an on site masseuses. Some of the staff come across as being a bit formal/grumpy. Fitnesscentre was not so much a fitness centre as a broom cupboard with atreadmill, a bike and a rower in it!. I felt uncomfortable asking the staff for help with anything as they were not as friendly as I had hoped. Although they did do everything I had asked of them. pillow was too soft for me. the hotel needs an internet room with computers. Too gourman based restaurant.The distance to the town. The bar area was very limited in space and comfortable seating.The Food menu is much to Gourmet like, their should be a small number of of more simple choices. The hotel was far from the center and the parking is expensive. I booked double room for €79 but asked for additional bed afterwards. The receipt which was in slovak came to €137 and as we didn't have breakfast I guess this small and portable bed cost us additional €65. The remaining €3 was for the city tax. The receptionist could hardly speak any english and was totally uninformed about any places worth visiting around Bratislava.
