I liked the location. Which is excellent. Verry good value for the money. I had room whit the window. Clen, basic acomodation. But comfortable. Not difficult to find. I would recomended to the people who want safe, comfortable, city center hotel for ferr price. Absolutely wonderful staff - friendly, helpful and professional. Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from Red Square, the Bolshoi etc. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we return to Moscow and will recommend it to friends.

The bathroom was not of a great standard, especially the shower, but was adequate for our needs, and was acceptable given the other great aspects of the hotel. I stayed in a windowless room, which itself was not a problem. But around 8pm one can hear and feel the music trembling from what I gather came from the outside of the hotel. The shower was terrible as it had a hob that water would hit and flood the bathroom and then the bedroom floor every time it was used. And there was no solution for keeping the water in,. It was not cleaned every second day. Noise from club in friday night. bath rooms need to repair. Nothing. Very thin walls. We could hear the tv of the next room. Little rooms. The absence of hot water in the bathroom. No window in room. Bad breakfasts and coffee was like water. Not the greatest shower. As I knew in the beginning that my room had no window, it was ok for me. So almost no negative sides as I am a solo traveler. For earlier check-in had to pay half-night price (about at 9 am instead 2 pm). And in this price breackfast was not included. Check-in was made at breakfast time and after request about this breackfast or as minimum free tea or coffee staff even could not explain why this can not be provided. WiFi is available in the lobby only. Walls in rooms are dirty. No ventilation or air conditioning in rooms without windows. There were hairs on bedsheets. Rooms are extremely small. I found it to be expensive for what I got. A room with no window next to a night club. It can be noisy and can only base this on my one night there (being a Friday night). i had a room at the front of the hotel and couldn't sleep at all on Thursday and Friday nights because of a really loud night club across the way. It was very disturbing. Not cleaning the room everyday unless told. Маленький. Old soviet era rooms. Service at night. the near night club was awful ! we couldn't sleep all other the night from Friday to Surtuday. Bathrooms. Hairdryer didn't work. lack of tour information in English. The personal is bored, the room isn't clear every day, is very small, there isn't an armachair, the bath is too little and the water is too much hot or cold. No windows in the rooms, badly decorated, toilet and shower area's in need of some serious refurbisment. I booked a room without window ( as suggested on letsbookhotel.com site), but I only landed there to know that I cannot even get enough oxygen inside the room since it is all closed. It was like a prison. So I spent most of the time out and only for sleeping ( for just 5 hrs) I prefered to come in the room. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!. the room smelled of mold; many lights didn't work; people smoked in hallway outside the room. Breakfast is poor, made of the cheapest ingredients; room is very small, there is a strange smell in it. On my stay: furniture for this value of money is really poor; TV was out of order; warm and cold water in a bath were impossible to adjust. They dont clean regularly rooms. You must warn. Some of the rooms are without windows and very small. the bathroom was very bad cleanliness is very very bad. Horrible bathroom, worst ever!; in three days they never cleaned the room. -The staff didnt speak English and couldnt recommend any restaurant close to the hotel although when we walked around later we found at least 5 -we paid extra to have a room with a window, yet when we checked in they gave us the cheaper room with no window - a bathroom was very small. Room wasn't what I requested, wanted and paid for a room with a double bed, got two single beds. When complained, was told that that was all they had. I booked way in advance and they did not care. Very poor service and extremely over priced for what is essentially nothing better than a poor 2 star hotel. Smell in the room, broken equipment, TV as announced was there but of coarse not working, Internet only available in the hotel lobby (where you couldn´t plug in your laptop into the power) etc. etc... Very old hotel, dirty rooms.. Small rooms, no storeage. Partition walls to rooms thin ,very noisy. Restaurant area very small for number of guests and only serve Breakfast and poor selection. Restaurant area used as a bar in evenings. No smoking signs up but manager sits with friends and ignores signs. staff ventilation in the room wi-fi only on the first floor. Too cold in the room Dirty Noisy personel. everything is squalid. Убого всё!. Nothing was worth it, rooms too small and unhygienic.
